When should I book?
As early as you can. Install dates fill up fast once November starts, so booking in October gets you the most choice.
Can I see what it will look like first?
Yes. Add a photo of the front of your house to your quote request and we'll mark it up to show exactly where the lights will go: rooflines, arches, windows, and trees. It comes back with your quote.
Do I own the lights?
Yes. Your Year 1 price covers the installation and the lights. Once that invoice is paid, the lights are yours. Every year after, one locked yearly price covers installation, your lifetime warranty, in-season service, and takedown.
Do you provide the lights?
Yes. We bring the lights, clips, cords, and timers. Just tell us the look you want.
Is takedown included?
Yes. After the holidays we come back and take everything down for you.
What if a bulb goes out?
Call or text us and we'll come fix it.
Do I need to be home for the install?
No. As long as we can reach the outlets we need, we can install while you're away.
Do you light businesses and HOAs?
Yes. We install for storefronts, offices, restaurants, and neighborhood entrances.
